On placing an order, you will receive an email stating that the order has been ‘processed’, ’declined’ or ’cancelled’. This preliminary email does not guarantee delivery of the goods. Goods are only confirmed as shipped when you receive a ‘completed’ email, meaning your order has been dispatched.
How and where we deliver
We only deliver within the UK. In some circumstances if for any reason the shipping has been calculated inaccurately due to reasons of location or anything outside our control, we will inform you and propose a solution. Once received, your order is put together by our dedicated staff. Orders are generally dispatched by Royal Mail or by Courier. Royal Mail recorded or Couriers will require a signature, and will deliver between 9am and 5pm on weekdays only. Please specify an address where someone will be able to sign for your goods between these hours. We reserve the right to change postal methods if circumstances require it. Occasionally your order will be sent in multiple dispatches (e.g. due to stock levels, difficult to package goods, etc.).
Every effort will be made to deliver within the time stated. However, we accept no liability for any loss caused to you by late delivery.
